Saturday Town, a project by award-winning photographer Casey Orr, explores self-identity through fashion, self-expression, and portraiture. Casey Orr invited university students to attend her photoshoot. The day consisted of locating fascinating-looking young individuals and asking if they’d be interested in getting their picture taken. I got my photos taken too but it was a great opportunity to witness how a professional photographer operates. The lighting and camera set-up were simplistic enough to understand and she guided people who were not models on how to best present themselves whilst maintaining their individuality.
